The city of Lyon

Lyon is the second largest city in France located in the Rhone-Alpes region. It is without a doubt the capital city of gastronomy and boasts a vibrant cultural scene. Well known for its successful football team, Olympique de Lyon, and also the TGV high speed train designed to link Lyon with Paris and Marseille.

Wherever you look in Lyon there is water everywhere, all of which flows under a total of 28 bridges. The city is divided in to 2 different areas by two hills and two rivers, namely the Saone and the Rhone.

The Saint Exupery airport is linked to all main cities in France. Excellent links to Paris, Marseille, Nice and even Grenoble (Italy) and Geneva (Switzerland)
