Don't remember but I think it was easy to use the website
The drop off's in Benidorm all take a while before we set off to Albir but cannot really complain as the service is very good. Driver was excellent, pleasant and very helpful.

you do need to make it clearer that you are only dropping people off near too their accomodation and not at the door

My plane was two hours delayed. I called ShuttleDirect to inform about that. A very nice lady told me that the latest departure was 00:30, but she would ask the driver if he would wait for me. My plane landed 00:50, and the driver was waiting for me. He also drove me to the door of my house. Excellent service!!

Think Shuttledirect plans too large busses for too many stops.
Collection was set on an impossible time ( 03.10 am and 5 hours before boardingtime) and place (1500 meters walking distance from where we were).
So we were forced to cancell this reservation and find another way to get to the airport, leaving 06.00 from our resort directly to the airport.
We had given info when our plane was arriving, 14,05. The bus had just left when we came to the stop, and the next bus was not leaving for 1,5 hours. There was no help from the people on the airport, bus drivers, and no help from the people we called at the office. " you must wait til the next bus!"
1,5 hours on the airport was unaceptable, we took a taxi, and wil do so the next time aswell. Definitly NOT booking whith you!!
