It would have been a bit better if address was input before quote as when unsure of exact location it meant that I was under quoted. This was followed up by a polite call from the team though who sorted it out
Airport to hotel was very good. return pick up was sadly not so great as the taxi firm went to the wrong reception and the follow up number was just ringing out. Shuttle direct were helpful in resolving this though and I did manage to catch the flight dispite the taxi being over 1 hour late to pick up

As far as I can remember it was fine.
Met in the airport by the driver who was very helpful and polite. Excellent service and hassle free.
