Ease of this service was good but although I know I put the correct hotel details in they were wrong at Faro airport.
The staff had totally the wrong hotel down for my party and then the taxi driver didn't know where our hotel was and dropped us off away from it. We had to find the hotel ourselves.
A lady in charge of the hostil i was staying in booked my transfer the day before. We did not have aany difficulty in booking it.
I booked a shuttle the day before as i injured my foot and needed to go home asap. a taxi would have costed 100 euro so i booked a shuttle for 18.50 euro, and when i arrived at my pick up point at 6.25 for 6.30 a man in a car was waiting for me. He informed me that i was his only pick up, so we went directly to faro airport from Lagos for my flight back to Ireland. He was a lovely man and i was very pleased with the service and will definitely be using it again if i need a transfer. thank you very much.
Simple and easy to book
Whilst the transfer with Greenbus was well organised and simple, the return transfer took over 2 hours rather than the usual 1 hour.
The transfer to Lagos was quick with all the drop-offs close together near Lagos, meaning that he kept to the motorway and only took around 1 hour.
However the return transfer was over 2 hours. We were the first pick up and all the remaining 3 pick-ups were spread all along the Algarve from us in Lagos to the final pick up near Albufeira. This affectively meant that the driver kept to the slow, windy side roads all the way, which not only took a long time, but given the speed of the driver and windy nature of the trip, meant that my partner was feeling very sick by the time we finally reached the airport.
I gave my phone number and email address, but no one tried to contact me to confirm the pick-up time. Copying the code to the Greenbus.com website didn't work, so I had to pay roaming, although I already paid. Confirming pickup online would be much easier and cheaper.

Booking was easy
Transfer was smooth slight delay on return journey when driver could not easily locate apartment.maybe satnavs should be available, otherwise service was excellent
Very efficient on time pick up
Very efficient although the plane was late I was called twice or three times while collecting my baggage the journey back to Lagos although late at night no time was wasted on the road.
