Very easy to use
The service was very good. Although there was a lengthy queue I only had to wait about 5 minutes to be dealt with. Very clear instruction of where to find the bus and minimal delay in waiting for other passengers and departing for resort. Only suggestion I would make is perhaps better signage, initially thought I was queuing in the wrong place as checked in at a window with Resorthoppa over it which was a bit confusing.

Read the small print, you can be waiting upto an hour after landing for your collection, booked a private transfer expecting a car, whT we got was a mini bus both ways, if we had a car transfer i'd put up with the waiting time. On time for the return though.

Our flight was delayed due to fog & all staff were great at airport helping us get to bus .no hassle at all.on way home u went day before to reception in hotel & email was there telling us what time bus collect us following day .great service .
