It did take much longer than you said even though we paid more to have the quicker servicve, but the driver was very helpful and the trip quite comfortable

it would be useful to receive an email telling you what time the service will pick you up from your destination once you have booked.

There was a bit of a wait but I guess that it to be expected with various arrivals.

The service was excellent - I hasve used this service on more than one occasion and have always been highly satisfied - Quick, efficient and the drivers are very good.

Produkt : Had to wait 3/4 of an hour before the bus started from the airport.
Departure from Cala Millor to the airport was exactly on time with lots of reserve:-) at the airport.
Anyhow, - much better than spending 4-5 times the money for a taxi.

Produkt : Ich musste in Palma zunächst zum Counter am Ausgang B laufen, dann wurde ich wieder zum Schalter am Ausgang F geschickt. Das nervt!
Dann wurde ich gut 45 Minuten auf "die Bank gesetzt" und musste warten. Warten ist nicht schlimm, nur wurde mir nichts gesagt. Einfach nur "Warten Sie!". Diesen Umgang finde ich respektlos.
Also, die Organisation am Counter ist sehr verbesserungswürdig!
Die Fahrt selber war gut. Der Bus war sauber, der Fahrer ist ordentlich gefahren und war freundlich.
