Had 90 minute wait until coach left airport on May 11th, unacceptable.

The only problem we had was a longish delay waiting at the airport before leaving to our resort. I assume we were waiting on another flight arrival for more passengers to also board the shuttle bus
Would prefer to be given pick up time on booking rather than having to confirm while abroad. Overall everything else good.
Shuttle Direct sign at airport needs to be larger and clearer on pick up. Otherwise shuttle quick and on time.

Booked shuttle but got shared taxi for shuttle price, 1 stop then straight to the airport xcellent service

Couple do with a better visibility of the person picking up. A piece of paper with the logo printed in colour - not black and white - would be useful
