No problem with transfer. Driver that picked us up from airport even stopped to get us all a bottle of water from a shop, which i thought was a nice gesture. We were dropped at the wrong hotel, but eventually managed to communicate this to the driver who took us to the correct one.
When being picked up we were told we would be collected at 10:30 according to our receipt. But it got to 10:45 and nobody had been, we asked hotel receptionist to call yourselves and you advised him that we weren't being picked up until 11. Apart from that everything went smoothly. Thank you.
Very easy to use, gives all the information required. Makes you feel confident that you will be looked after once arriving in Turkey.
The drivers on both journeys were very helpful, helped me with my luggage to the car and made me feel comfortable. Both drivers were very friendly and made the journey to the hotel/airport very comfortable.

Nobody was waiting me at the airport. At the desk of Shuttledirect, they didn't have information about my reservation. I had to pay 20 euros to find a place in a shuttle!!!!
Easy to use and book.
Having arrived at Dalaman on time, the ease of finding the transfer bus was fine, but then we were kept waiting for one and a half hours, transferred to two different buses before making our way to Oludeniz. On arrival we were too late for our evening meal which was part of our half board arrangement at the hotel, and had to got out to eat, therefore incurring added expense!

All good. A few delays and confusion at The airport on arrival. Clearer guidance on the ticket for which desk to go to would be helpful (I was looking for a driver holding up my name, not a kiosk)
