First of all we had to wait 45minuttes in the bus before it left the airport. Second of all I lost my handbag in the bus, and I were the one who got droped of at the first stop. Then I called the company right away to let then know, and they said that they would call the driver. Fine, I waited for two hours,and then called them again. And they said that they could first speak to the driver in the afternoom. My Iphone and Visa card were ind the missing back, so I told them that it was very importent to get in contact right away!!!! After waiting for 3 hours the company called and told me that the driver did´t found my handback. Very bad service all the way!!!
We booked and paid for a car to collect us and take us to the Hotel Convent de Missio
We were not provided with a private car as promised and paid for but met with a mini-bus where we were the only passengers. The driver then dropped us in the Passeig del Born and not outside the hotel del Missio as booked because he said that he could not get the bus in the street of the hotel. We are elderly and then had to drag our luggage up to the hotel. Very poor service. REFUND PLEASE

Easy to book and pay. Only thing is the time to go back to the airport was too early, 6:31am for a 9:25am flight out. But ok.
Picked up at the airport on 21/04/2013, but had to walk very far to the "private car" we booked which was actually the shuttle van. I booked the private car so we would be picked up and dropped off close to the door as it is hard for my mother to walk long distances. The guy walked very fast and at one point told another person that this was the van because we were so far behind he mistakenly thought she was one of us. Trip back to the airport on 24/04/2013 was right on. Picked up within 10 minutes of our scheduled time (which the shuttle company chose as 6:31am for a 9:25am flight) a bit early for us son't you think? But all went well on this trip. Thanks

We had to wait over an hour before the buss left. The buss waited too meny arrivals before leaving.
I wonder about that when booking I authorize EUR 82.22 but the confirmation sounds of EUR 93.50. I suppose the difference is taxes, but it is not specified in the Confirmation. Should be more clear. I contacted you through the website but have not received a reply.
