Everythink went ok we were on time at airport on the return transfer.I am satisfied.
But not easy to know what I ordered. Thought it was a minibus..
Too many different destinations and the plan to drive from airport was strange, since the driver choosed to drive with the three people with the longest distance from airport first...

Tiempo de espera demasiado larga sobre todo cuando se tiene que invertir mas de 3 horas en llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto y viceversa.

Produkt : Wir haben am Flughafen über eine Stunde am/im Bus gewartet bis wir losfahren konnten. Die Fahrt hat dann entgegen der Angabe nicht 60 Minuten gedauert, sondern 120 Minuten, da noch alle möglichen anderen Hotels angefahren wurden. Mir war klar, dass wir nicht die einzigen in diesem Bus sein werden, aber eine Verdopplung der angegebenen Fahrtzeit plus der Stunde Warten am Flughafen sind einfach zu viel. Deshalb haben wir auf der Rückfahrt ein Taxi gebucht und den Shuttle, der schon bezahlt war, nicht in Anspruch genommen, da wir an unserem letzten Urlaubstag nicht wieder wertvolle Zeit im Bus verbringen wollten. Die Taxifahrt hat gerade mal 50 Minuten gedauert.

It was a very bad experience when we first reached airport palma as bus left without taking us n the had to wait another 30 min as there was no coordination between help desk and bus operator.worst was on the way back as shuttle direct had given wrong information to bus service to pick us up at 8 in the morning when we asked to be picked up at 1230 as our flight was at 330 in the afternoon. When we called shuttle direct the advisor was so rude and did not help us atall and said that either we go at 8 or take a cab and spend 80 euros as they can't do anythying and his words were that we have to suffer now as he can't do anythin. I can't believe that shuttle direct hire such people for jobs and they giving such poor customer service . We had to spend so much time at the aiport when we could have spent that time as quality and enjoy our holiday. I would never recommend shuttle direct to anyone and would never use this service again.
