This is the first time we have used Shuttle Direct and were impressed with the service. It was easy to book online and print off the vouchers for the transfers. We go to Cyprus a lot and we will use this company again. The whole service was slick and our transfers between Larnaca Airport and Protaras were straightforward.
We easily identified our driver on arrival at Larnaca Airport. After picking up our suit case we were within 5 minutes in the bus on our way to Protaras. We were dropped right outside our hotel. An excellent service.
We were notified of a change of pick up time for our return journey. This was excellent and it took away any worries we may have had about what time we were going to be picked back up. The shuttle was on time. We did not have to wait. Both drivers were very polite. We were taken back to airport in plenty of time. The only negative experience we had is that the driver spent time talking on a mobile phone on the return journey. This is not allowed in the UK but perhaps is in Cyprus? Even so, it did cause some slight concerns as the driver is clearly not in full control of the vehicle. Fortunately, the traffic was slight and there was little on the road.
