El vuelo llegó un poquito más tarde y tuve que esperar bastante al equipaje (además de que el avión aterrizó lejos de la sala de equipaje y con tres niños me llevó mucho tiempo). Llegué a viajes urbis un poquito Antes de las 10 de la noche. En mi hoja de reserva aparecía que el traslado era entre las 9 y las 10 de la noche. Me dijeron que no me había esperado el bus y que me iban a poner en un bus que se iba en máximo 10 minutos. Tuve que esperar una hora!!!!! No entiendo por qué me dieron una información que era totalmente falsa y no entiendo por qué tengo que esperar una hora a diez pasajeros que hubieran podido poner en otro bus cuando a mí el bus no me esperó!!!! Si puedo evitar repetir con Shuttle Direct lo haré. Imaginaos con tres niños llegando casi a a la una de la noche cuando hubiéramos podido llegar poco después de las 11 de la noche!!!! Me parece una vergüenza!!!!
