thought your service was very poor i have no intentions of using your company ever again we were dropped off at least 500yds from our hotel with no instuctions from your driver of which way to go to our hotel i had to go into a local shop and ask for directions.has my partner is very bad on her legs i thought this was disgusting.i have used your company many times before but never again.!!!!!!!

Excellent transfer after landing at reus, the bus was waiting for us, but I was annoyed that the bus collected us at 9.25 returning to reus, I told you our flight was at 1.05pm, and expected a return transfer at 10.30am, but you collected us nearly 4 hours earlier than the flight was due, which spoiled our return journey as we had to get out of bed earlier, then waste time at the airport that could have been enjoyed at the resort, you should use MORE drivers and buses instead of trying to collect people hours before their flights just so the driver can meet new arrivals!!

On 10th May collection at airport was fine.Return collection to Reus airport from hotel information from your company was collection at hotel was 8.20am 15 /May..My son and I were waiting in hotel lobby from 8 am on morning of 15th when about 8.30. your driver storms into the hotel shouting to the effect we were not at designation area at 8.20am which was nearly several hundred meters away..Tried to explain to him we were informed collection was at hotel to no success. I am waiting to go into hospital for hip replacement and all that rushing around to access your bus and the attitude of your driver did not help.
