I was without the possibility to check my e-mails for 3 weeks, and therefor I wish I could have received an sms with departuretime.
Everything ok, exept that the driver went too fast.......much too fast.

waited over one and a half hours for the transfer, some delay acceptable due to many delayed flights causing interruption, but communication was lacking and other arrangements should have been made.
The booking mechanism was flexible and quick.
The transfer was prompt and relatively quick - I was the first hotel visited. The last hotel collected from on return.

On arriving at airport everything ran very smoothly girl at information desk polite only had to wait for taxi short length of time, taxi driver very pleasent went out of his way to find our accomadation .Pick-up arrived on time only did not rate excellent bacause of unpleasent and rude manner of the taxi driver on return journey,

Had problems trying to add a wheelchair to booking. There were 4 people in my party, and we when I added a wheelchair to the booking, I was charged for 5 people ( an extra 15 euros) . We used other taxis while on holiday and not one charged extra for the wheelchair, which folded up easily and was put in the taxi boot with all our bags. Not pleased.
No one was waiting at airport to meet us. We were told someone would be standing with a sign, but we were waiting for 15 minutes before a security guard eventually showed us where the taxi booth was.
