Picked up outside arrivals as soon as we arrived by cheerful lady. Were on the way to resort within ten minutes. Excellent, better than a taxi and much cheaper! On our return fax was sent to hotel to let us know departure time. Everything went like clockwork. Thank you.

We thought we should be transfered in a mini-bus or something likely. But with a big bus, we couldn´t reach our hotel. Noone told us were we could find our hotel.
We could have used the ordinary bus-line instead ! That´s what we will do the next time !

It was all right but I had to know both languages (English, Spanish) to use the site because some of the information came in English, other in Spanish. Fortunately, I speak both languages.

Driver was nice and journey good but not clear that booking had been confirmed and link to booking page on email didn't work
Service was good but directions of where to meet the coach were wrong. Location described as hotel Costa Brava but actually the bus came around the side of the hotel and was late which meant that as a lone single woman I was waiting at 4am on a deserted street after the pick up time had passed as coach was also late
