The shuttle website is clear and easy to use. However, I was a bit surprised to find out that my name was not on the list when I arrived to the bus stop, even though I had booked my transfer 23 hours in advance. Did not have any trouble though since I had my receipt and the staff arranged a stop close to my hotel.

No issues with booking - but nothing explaining that you would wait for other passengers off different flights.
Shuttle was waiting on arrival - however once we boarded the coach we waited over an hour before leaving the airport. We then took 2 further hours to get to our destination. During the journey the driver would regularly stop at a hotel where no-one was staying, therefore wasting extra time - there seemed no organisation to his journey. During the journey the driver also collided with an overhead sign in Benidorm - not great! Would not recommend or use this service again - especially as there are others offering the same service.

Being my first time to use the site I found that a bit more information regarding timetables, prior to actually booking, would have been more useful - I had to phone your office to find out the situation regarding timings etc.
Again, a bit vague as to what happens when getting to the bus - it stated on my ticket that I had to go the your kiosk to get my ticket validated - there wasn't a representative at your kiosk and according to the people manning adjacent kiosks there never is! a bit misleading - however the bus was easy to find and the driver reasonably helpful - good and safe driver though.
