Transfer with Shuttle Direct Partner Company Viajes Urbis was definitely the cheapest way to get from the airport of Palma de Mallorca to my destination in Cala Ratjada. Plus: Low price, direct drop-off or pick-up at hotel/ accomodation, good bus comfort, good safety. Minus: Transfer time can be quite long due to several stops on the way to drop off/ collect other passengers. In my experience, it takes roughly twice as long as going with the private car/ taxi direct.

Will recoment this company for all travelers. Bus waiting at the airport, easy located and a very nice service.
Pickup at hotel at correct time and left at the airport in time. Very good!!!

It would've been better if the voucher would have said which desk to go to for information about where to get the bus. And then when we finally found the correct one, we had to go to another counter after that. It didn't make sense to me.
