I called shuttle direct twice to verify that a baby seat was included in my booking. Both time it felt like the operator had no interest in listening to me and just wanted to hang up as fast as possible. However, they did confirm that a baby seat would be present. Upon arriving at the pickup destination the driver knew nothing about a baby seat and there was none in the car. According to the driver No one from shuttle direct had told him about this.
The driving was excellent! However, I booked a baby seat and there was none. According to the driver shuttle direct hadn’t informed him about our booking of baby seat for the transfer.
