The website does not say you would not be taken to your appartment.
When we arrived our names were not on the list. We were put on a coach to Benidorm then transfered to a smaller bus. This driver dropped us in Calpe village where we had to find a cab to take us to the Larimar. Our voucher stated that we were being dropped off at the Larimar !
Went reasonably well overall, although on arrival your drivers did not have our name on their passenger lists, and it was thanks to one of your drivers, who took us to Benidorm and arranged another minibus to Calpe that we made it! The return trip was fine.
Would use again as it is good value( despite hiccup on arrival!)
company only picks up from certain locations in calpe - would be better if the website lised pickup locations - I only learned this when I rang to conform pickup time and then had to go walkabout to check where the pckup points were

Website was very user friendly
First rate service. We had to get a connecting bus, so the driver waited with us until the other bus arrived.

We had a disabled passenger and two infants in our party which obviously takes longer to exit plane and through to arrivals. However we had the added complication of one of the pushchairs arriving damaged and unable to be used and the time for the reporting process. As we arrived on Saturday 16:20 hrs (out of office hours) it meant we were unable to let the driver know. He was obviously agitated due to waiting more than the hour for us to exit arrivals, but under the circumstances couldn't be helpred. It would be useful for contacts to be made to accomodate all arrival times or drivers to phone the lead passenger to ascertain reasons for delays.
