The transfer time advertised was incorrect.
2hrs30mins from Faro Airport to Carvoeiro was not what was advertised on your website. Even allowing for multiple drop offs this was unacceptable.

Reference my transfer from faro to carvoeiro on 26/5/13, I was dis gusted by the service. I had to collect a hire car and my wife children and other family member went via shuttle direct transfer. The driver got lost even though she was offered directions which were supplied by Thomson to direct to resort/accommodation. I used these and had no issues.
My family were not dropped at the villa we was staying and dropped off in the road in resort. This is an appalling service, and I am very saddened by this as I use your service frequent which I normally am very pleased with. Also, my daughter is only 3 years old and son 5. my daughter is diabetic and was in need of food and insulin when my family were just left not knowing where they were. This caused unwanted stress to a relaxing holiday. Fortunately, they found somewhere for my daughter to eat. I had to then find and collect them and take them to our accommodation.
I cancelled the return transfer, as I had lost confidence in the service , as they couldn't even find the casa tulsi villa in the first place with directions offered, which were declined. it was clear the driver didn't want to do this transfer.
No problem with booking experience
Prefer normal experience of taxi driver holding card with name as compared with latest experience of queuing to speak with dispatch staff. thank you.

Easy to use. Corrections to information were not easy to make.
Connecting with the driver was badly handled and not in accordance with the instructions. I received more instructions the day before I was due to leave. This was of no use.
We were told to confirm our return transfer 2 days prior - a bit difficult to do so when the office is closed on the weekend. We also tried to confirm online but for some reason the end confirmation page never showed up - it just kept saying 'confirm booking'. We tried to see if the confirmation went through by ringing but the office was closed. Luckily it was indeed confirmed, but there was nothing to say so!
We waited more than an hour for our shuttle after landing at the airport. I understand that we had to wait for passengers from a delayed flight but there was no communication with us whatsoever - we could've been told that we had to wait that long but instead I had to seek out the information for myself, not just once, but twice. Customer service needs to be improved.
