We could change the hotel destination online, that's really convenient but the website to confirm the return trip didn't work.
Good timing for the check in before my flight for leaving Spain.
You should make it clear that passengers Arriving terminal 1 should make their way to terminal 2, and that is where the shuttle busses are. Too much time is wasted waiting for a rep who just says "go to terminal two".
Had to call when rep took longer than 1 hr to meet us, took shuttle to other terminal (not a problem), and reps there were unprofessional and aloof. Bus driver smelled of body odor, his clothing was rumpled, and he was rude to passengers seeking clarification about when to get off. One set of passengers missed their stop, he was not interested in helping them, and rather than starting a scene - they just got off and got in a taxi. I would never reccomend this company, and I am thankful that I did not book a return journey with them.
Easy to use
The coach dropped us on a main road about a 5 min walk from the hotel, which almost caused us to get run over whilst getting the luggage and pushchair off the coach. I was travelling with my 3 year old daughter and thought that this was absolutely disgusting! Driver was very rude and unhelpful. I travel quite often and have never ever known a transfer not actually take you to the door or at least a safe drop off point

The pick up point should be marked better, it was difficult to find. Otherwise I would have said "excellent".

The vehicle arrived exactly on time and was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh. It was more spacious than we had expected. The driver was pleasant. The drive was comfortable and we felt safe. Thank you.

Shuttle bus was comfortable and convenient but alot of stops in other villages leaving the journey much longer than expected. Also the return shuttle to the airport collected us much too early. We were in Airport for 2 hours 15 mins before we needed to be.
