Easy online booking
At first when I dropped off it was confusing as driver could not clearly explain in English where I had to walk, he used hand signals. Turns out I had to only walk straight for a few minutes so I found my hostel ok but I was initially worried.

Due to late airline flights, my arrival in Malaga was over 4 hours late. Shuttle Direct was still there to pick me up. The only thing that was problematic for me was to call Shuttle Direct to let them know my flight was late--did not have cell phone so had to ask another person to call. Anyway, appreciate them being there to pick me up 4 hours later.
Got to my hotel in the time promised. Smooth and no problems.

Producto : Para los traslados, son muy profesionales (sobre todo con el bono es facil). Nos esperaron en el aeropuerto de Malaga (nuestro vuelo tuvo un retraso de 2 horas) y nos trasladaron hasta nuestro hotel. El chofer fui muy amable y atento. Gracias por esta prestacion.
