The conformation email stated enter the arrival hall and a person would be there displaying our lead name. After waiting 20 mins no one came displaying our name. Eventually we found the shuttle Que and waited an hour for a bus. Don't give false instruction !!

The voucher wording needs to be changed for private pick ups - tells you that someone will be waiting with a card with your name on. Spent a little while trying to find the stand.

We had booked and paid for 2 places on your shuttle service from Faro airport to Olhao on April 16th. At the time of booking I had given details of our flight arrival etc. I know there were few people travelling to Olhao but nevertheless we had to give 2 calls to your driver before we finally got picked up. This was very inconvenient for us as we had arranged to have the keys of an apartment picked up at 5.30.
In the end everything turned out ok but it was our first trip to Portugal and we were unfamiliar with everything including the language, so we were not impressed by the shuttle service that we had booked.
Once we were on the bus everything was fine and we got to our destination in good time.
