Website was easy to understand and I had no problems booking my transfers
I was very pleased with the service I received. However, on arrival to the airport there were so many drivers holding signs and it was not clear which driver was waiting for us. We ended up standing for about 10 mins until someone from another company contacted a driver to come get us. I still don't know whether it was the correct company that took us to the resort, but they did ask for the paperwork. I would have felt extremely uncomfortable with this situation if I had been travelling alone.

Was perfect geregeld...hoefde niet te wachten..Chauffeur had netjes een bordje met de naam erop goed zichtbaar....zowel heen als retour..perfect gegaan..nette chauffeurs..ook netjes gekleed

It would be simplier if you can use some kind of code on tour telephone or at least if there would be a possibility to print a voucher straight from e-mail
Going back, picking time was really early and we had to wait at the airport 2,5 h. (While our apartment was only 15 mins from the airport...)
Managed to book alright.
Everything went as agreed. Bus was in time and driver was friendly. I reached the airport safely and in time.
I had booked a shuttle from Malaga Airport to Torremolinos on 28 May but it never came.
I could not depend on this service. I wont use it again and will not rtecommend it.

We tried to book with several companies before this one, this was by far the most clear and easy.
The service was excellent. The very nice driver was waiting for us when we got to Malaga, great after a flight with children. We had the same driver on return, he was again lovely helping with our bags. I am delighted to give such a positive review as we were really impressed with the service.
