The driver went really fast on the road, but I think it is how they drive there.
The use of the website is fairly straight forward and easy to navigate
On arrival the passengers were met by the driver and all was well until upon arriving at the airport the driver realised he had driven to Venice airport and not Treviso. Luckily the traffic was light on a Saturday morning and after speeding down the Autostrada he managed to get the passengers to their correct destination just in time for their flight.

The website, under the guise of giving me the info on the exchange rate from euro to US $, charged me a higher fare for the service than what I selected. I sent an email questioning this but did not get any response. On hindsight, given the higher fare, I would have been better off just taking the transfer from the cruise line.
The service itself was excellent but the higher fare charged just left me cold.
The response was instant, the instructions very simple and clear. We will tell all our friends and contacts and recommend your company to all.
The company that transferred us to the cruise terminal were excellent. They responded to a last minute flight alterationon the outward journey, and agreed to pick us up 2 hours earlier in response to our telephone call when we arrived back at the cruise terminal.The driver was helpful, punctual, and friendly. The vehicle was clean comfortable and well suited to our needs. well done.
I should know the pick up time before the booking. The time table should be public on the website.
