    Been using shuttledirect for several years, never had any problems, always efficient, polite & helpful, this time i had to make some pick up changes, drop off at different hotel & pick us up on a different day, when i emailed asking about these changes, they were so quick in responding & were happy to this for us,

    We have used the private minibus service on 3 occasions (Menorca, Majorca and Corfu) and have had an excellent service each time. The most recent (Corfu), the driver was waiting for us at arrivals and chatted with us along the way to the resort, reassuring some of those with travel sickness and offering the front passenger seats. We had a little trouble finding the apartment and the driver went out of his way to get us as close as possible. The return journey was just as pleasant.

    Service was fantastic every step of the way. Met us at the airport with no problems and was polite and friendly. We had a minibus and it was very nice, clean and air conditioned. Our driver took us to our villa door which we later discovered not many taxis would do as it was up a steep hill but they did not question it. Our trip back was also great and driver very good. Could not recommend enough.

    The only downside is that we couldn't get our baby seat to fit & maybe you could look at providing a baby seat in your vehicles. Apart from that it was a fantastic service & would recommend to others.
