Ho chiesto più volte di andare piano avendo a bordo una bambina piccola ma lui mi ha risposto che non gli interessavano le mie paure perché doveva fare un ulteriore viaggio avendo altri clienti che arrivavano dopo di me. Sicuramente non mi rivolgerò più alla vostra agenzia!
