The driver was in the arrivals at Palma Mallorca waiting at the point stated on my booking form. The minibus they used was a bit tight for guests and luggage but acceptable.
No storage problem on the return booking. We were treated with a lovely Mercedes minibus with a large luggage trailer attached.
