If there is no sign of your party they will enquire into the airline, customs, and immigration to see if there is any hold up. If there is no sign of their passengers the driver will leave the airport. Don’t worry! If you are unexpectedly delayed in customs, baggage claim, or immigration, just call the number of your supplier. This is provided on your voucher after booking. Once they have heard from you, your driver will wait. If you know you will take longer than usual, for example due to reduced mobility, let us know when you book your transfer.

Das Fahrzeug war innerhalb von 5 min da und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Wir wurden in einem super ausgestatteten Vito zum Hotel gebracht, man hat sich gefühlt wie ein Promi. Auch die Fahrt wahr sehr angenehm. Bei der Rückfahrt war der Fahrer 10 min vor der verienbarten Zeit vor Ort und die Fahrt zurück war wieder ein Traum.

Bit confused at airport as we were told to wait with other people and we thought we would have to share, when we had payed for private transfer but then 2 vans turned up so all ok. Should make clear we were still getting a private car.
