    The dramatic landscape of the island means many of its attractions are of the natural kind. The Caldera de Taburiente National Park, Roque de los Muchachos and the volcanic Teneguía cinder cone each reveal their own unique beauty through hiking, walking and cycling adventures. In the capital, Santa Cruz, aside from the beach, Playa de Bajamar, those with a cultural bent will enjoy the charming cobbled streets and historic buildings. The oldest part of town, Plaza de España, is home to some stunning Canarian manor houses. Of course, the beaches of the island are a major draw, but rather than long golden sands they comprise steep cliffs, volcanic black sand and pebbles. The most popular are Los Cancajos, Puerto Naos and Puerto de Tazacorte.

    I had ordered the taxi from La Palma SPC 10 / 11-2016 12:30. But could not find the taxi, I asked all taxi drivers, but they did not know the company. Had to pay for a taxi to the hotel cost 14 EURO.

    My journey home was OK, the taxi came præsis kl.09.02 to my hotel Kastillete.
