Should I put our flight arrival / departure times down considering a time difference? When booking your Tenerife airport transfers, we ask you to provide us with the arrival and departure times as they are shown on your flight tickets, without making any modifications. We will calculate all pick-up times automatically and they will be confirmed to you on your booking voucher. Do check the details on your booking voucher as soon as you receive it to make sure all information is correct. The date, time and location on your voucher or subsequent e-mail communication should be checked and you must make sure the arrival time at the departure airport allows you to arrive least 10 minutes before the check-in desk opens (not closes). Under no circumstances book your shuttle to arrive less than two hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time, as this might cause you to miss your flight. Please notify us straight away if you notice any errors, as it may not be possible to make changes later.
