Purchasing the transport online is straightforward & simple. They picked us up & dropped us off without any issues. They did not have a sign with our name in it though, as promised on our voucher. They picked us up from our hotel & took us back to the airport without any issues. Drivers are professional, friendly & great drivers. The vans are clean, comfortable & great working air conditioning. Only suggestion is to verify rides via email instead of trying to call to confirm. For foreigners it’s not always easy to call.

Mr M from CanadaThey did pick us up without much of an issue even though our flight was an hour late. They did not have a sign with our name or anything saying that they were with shuttle direct but we found our guy. After waiting about 25 minutes, we were led to a 6 passenger van and then another couple came in and they were paying direct without having had a reservation and paid much less than us, then they added another single lady that had reserved like us, then another single man without a reservation. He spoke english so I asked him what he paid, and it was about a quarter of what we paid. Keep in mind that we were 2, so he probably got it for half of what we were charged.

Mr M from United StatesWhen I arrived at the airport no one was there. I called talk to an agent they put me on hold I was disconnected. Call back two more times still no help. I ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel. It was a waste of my money.
