    The pretty and bustling resort of Estepona on the Costa del Sol is the perfect blend of old and new for the contemporary traveller. It has preserved its rich cultural heritage, as evidenced in the narrow cobbled streets and the relaxed and authentic way of life. There is a wealth of things to see and do here, with beautiful landscaped gardens in the heart of town for you to wander through, an ancient castle, a golf course and a choice of museums to visit. You can order a coffee at one of the cafes in the main plaza or browse the wonderful shops which sell a range of local arts and crafts the ideal souvenir to bring home! There are a choice of beautiful beaches with fine golden sand and sparkling waters, as well as a bustling marina, a fishing port and a long ocean front promenade boasting incredible views out to sea. In the evenings why not sample some local delicacies in one of the traditional tapas bars then head out for a night of indulgence at the marina whose bars and nightspots will keep you entertained until dawn.
