    We spotted the desk when we exited tge baggage hall. They advised us to go and relax at a nearby bar while they waited for other passengers, they came and found us when everyone was there - perfect!

    No long waiting around.

    I was staying in a hotel in Nerja in a pedestrian zone, when i booked they immediately contacted me to point out that a 'door to door" service was not possible. I knew this but i appreciated the offer of cancelling with a full refund, i did not cancel.
