    Trip to Ibiza - the public buses to our resort had stopped due to the "winter" season, so we booked with Shuttle Direct.

    My daughter and I flew in on different flights and one was delayed. Shuttle Direct waited for the plane to arrive - and the driver was very helpful.

    The return information was sent 24 hours in advance - and the pickup time was perfect - the driver turned up on time and was very helpful and courteous.

    We will use Shuttle Direct again when we come back to Ibiza rather than the public bus!!

    Excellent service. Even though we were delayed and it was past midnight when we arrived, the desk at Ibiza airport was still open and a very helpful lady directed us to the bus, which was waiting. Helpful driver too. Good value, considering the time of night.
