    Use of the website, and the follow up was good

    The outward trip was excellent. Unfortunately on the return to CDG there was a taxi strike. The taxi driver would not take us to the airport, and dropped us off at a station. There were no trains running so we were stranded. It would have been nice if the taxi driver could have checked the train situation before abandoning us. A refund of some sort would be appreciated as the full trip we paid for was not completed, plus the incovenience of trying to get to the airport by foot, bus and shuttle. I appreciate the strike was unforseen, but the drivers attitiude was pretty much - Not His Problem
