    The dates I requested automatically changed to different dates when I proceeded to the next step of the website.
    The hotel address selection didn't match the name of the hotel - the pick up driver had 3 different addresses for our hotel. Not disastrous but not a very user friendly website.

    Although the website got me a bit concerned the actual pick ups at either end of our holiday were excellent. Friendly English speaking drivers. Nice cars. We arrived safely and on time to the hotel and airport. Hopefully this service would continue when I use them again.
