    Vi fik en bekræftelse på at vi blev hentet lørdag den 22 på Holiday Village Atlantica Rhodos. Bussen udeblev og vi fik hotellet til at ringe for at høre om hvornår vi blev hentet. Her får vi besked på at bussen ikke kan komme grundet branden. Branden var opstået flere dage forinden, så det burde man have taget højde for.
    Vi havde ingen anden mulighed end at tage en taxa som kostede 75 euro. Vil I dække disse omkostninger?

    Am Flughafen hatten wir etwas Mühe, die Firma zu finden. Wir dachten, dass jemand mit dem Namensschild dort stehen würde. Eine freundliche Person fragte dann, was wir suchten und schon waren wir bei der richtigen Firma.
    Produkt : Der Chauffeur war sogar 15 Minuten vor dem Termin da.

    30 минут ждали других пассажиров на жаре в автобусе, можно было предложить собраться в аэропорту , где есть кондиционер и комфортней ждать, а потом группой отправиться в автобус для трасфера
