    I repaid for a pickup that never showed. Before resorting to contacting a taxi, I phoned the number on my confirmation and at first no one answered the call at which time I left a detailed voice message- then called again at which time a man answered the phone to say he had no information on me! Once home I called the company for a full refund and they replied I was a no show! I would NEVER use this company again! Bad business on their end

    I called for a complete refund since there was no pick up and they refused! Plus, compared to the local taxi- they are a rip off- charging double the price for economy
