The port of Civitavecchia was originally founded by the Roman Emperor Traiano as the gateway to the city of Rome, and it is still referred to as the Port of Rome although it is located around 60 kilometres away.

Very happy that they were waiting at the airport with our name when we arrived about 45 minutes late. Driver did not speak English but was very courteous and took us directly to our destination. Website made it very easy to make reservations.
