    Very easy to make bookings but still can't understand why the pick up from our private residence in Portugal can not be confirmed via the web site. We have to make a phone call to get the pick up time (not too difficult).

    Easy to find our transfer company at Faro Airport! Very friendly driver who even stopped for my 4 year old to use the toilet. On the way back our minibus showed up at the correct time and again the driver was very friendly.
