    Servicescore : Zeer Vlotte en flexibele service.
    Heb 2x uur de afspraak telefonisch moeten wijzigen op het laatste moment wegens vertragingen met de vlucht: was geen probleem.
    Kleine aandachtspunten:
    - punt van afspraak stond niet duidelijk (zelfs verkeerd) op de voucher: maar na telefoontje naar hulplijn bij aankomst in luchthaven was dit direct opgelost.
    - best adres nog eens afstemmen met de chauffeur: lijst van hotels op website was niet volledig en ik had blijkbaar een hotel aangeduid met zelfde naam maar in naburig dorp): is tijdig geconstateerd en gecorrigeerd.

    The service was excellent. I made a booking for the wrong date so I emailed the office and all was ammended no problem.

    The service was excellent. Our flight was delayed so I called the office line and then the emergency line and it was no problem to change the pick up to 1.45am. The driver was on time and friendly.
