Paid for maximum of two stops - think we saw every hotel on the South West of the island on 35 minute trip that took nearly two hours . . !

My piece of paper was headed Shuttle Direct in blue letters. I think that sign should also be on the desk and the paper work should give you clearer directions to the desk.

Ms E D from United KingdomSlight scare when the driver wasn't there when we got to Palma but another driver managed to locate him (in the toilet) and we had a fast and easy journey from there onward. On the way back also perfectly smooth arrived in excellent time to collect us and got us to the airport almost too early! We used the private transfer.

Mw. M v from Netherlandsheenreis van Palma de Mallorca naar de eindbestemming was prima. Er werd netjes op ons gewacht, ondanks dat het wat langer duurde met de koffers.
Terugreis naar PdeM was wat minder, chauffeur had kennelijk haast en scheurde behoorlijk, zodat we allemaal een beetje groggy aankwamen op het vliegveld. Maar ... beide keren keurig op tijd dus daarover geen klachten!

Bei der Hinfahrt ins Hotel waren wir die letzten und beim Abholen die ersten, was bedeutet,dass wir sämtliche anderen Hotels abfahren mussten. Die Rückfahrt könnte man auch in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durchführen, umso mehr unser Hotel das teuerste war. Die Fahrer beherrschten ihre Busse perfekt und waren freundlich, weil wir spanisch sprachen resp. es zumindest versuchten! Erstaunlicherweise bestand trotz Autobahn keine Anschnallmöglichkeit!

Mr G R from United KingdomBooking on website was ok. However, on the confirmation there was no information about where to go to at Palma airport to "check in". I eventually found the right place after about 10 mins of walking around and then asking someone.
I'd prefer an "OK" category for this. It was neither "good" nor "poor". We were last stop on way to hotel so it took about 1 hr 45 to get there. On the return, we were first pickup and it took about 1 hr 45 to get to airport. Longer than I would have liked but it obviously depends on numbers on coach and where they are staying.
