The only minor issue we had was that the printed voucher does not list the booking number that we needed to log into the booking. Also, it was no easy way to let the actual transport company know that we were delayed. You have to call them directly and speak to the dispatcher. Shuttle Direct does not have 24h customer service.
The flight was seriously delayed, but they were waiting when the plane arrived, and according to my wife everything was perfect with the car, driver and driving.

Ms R from United KingdomThe shuttle I booked did not arrive to pick me up. After waiting the 10 mins after pick up time, I had to go back into my hotel to ask them to call as I was unable to get through. It took over 15 minutes to get through to someone who said the transfer had been yet couldn't advise what time that was. It hadn't been in the 10 mins before or after the stated time. I then had to pay out for a taxi to the airport which was £30. I was advised to keep hold of the receipt and to get in touch over my claim for transfer refund and to be reimbursed for my taxi. I have raised this and had a response asking me to provide proof of taxi - I sent this a week ago and have had no reply. Very poor service and bad communication. Will not be using this company again.
