Driver was kinda cold looking but professional. He made a quick detour for us to collect keys along the way.

Beim Rückflug haben wir 1 1/2 Stunden auf das Taxi gewartet dass dann nach 2 maligem Telefonieren kam ohne Entschuldigung.

Mr Z from IrelandMerci pour le chauffeur qui était sympa mais la direction devrait faire quelque chose à propos de la gestion du service. Voiture réservée pour 2300 car je n'avais pas envie de traîner à l'aéroport....c'est un voyage pour mon travail et je voudrais arriver à l'hôtel pour me reposer le plus tôt possible. J'étais deja au hall de l'aéroport à 2250 mais manque de bol j'ai reçu un appel à 2300 pour m'informer que la voiture était en panne. Les résultats? J'ai poireauté jusqu'à minuit à l'aéroport de Stansted pour une autre! Franchement pour un trajet qui coûte plus cher que mon billet d'avion de Shannon-Stansted aller-retour je devrais être remboursé intégralement. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie !
Voiture en panne, une heure d'attente à l'aéroport pour une autre. Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel juste avant une heure du matin. Pas content du tout, mais je voudrais remercier le chauffeur qui était sympa par contre la gestion devrait faire mieux !
