As a result the travel cost 17. 77 instead of 16.85 as it was in my receipt. Of course it is not too big amount, however why do that conversion back and force while the currency of card and the bill is the same

Darum (wegen der schlechten Kommunikation) wurde mir empfohlen aus der Türkei in England bei Shuttle Direct anzurufen. Diesen Vorschlag finde ich unmöglich. Besser wäre, die Kontaktperson vor Ort hätte ausreichend Sprachkenntnisse.

Mann muss allerdings ein Tag vorher abhol Zeit durch ein Telefon anruf klären weil die Abholzeit bei der Reservierung nicht draufsteht. Ich hätte sehr netter Fahrer das hat mir auch sehr Gefallen. Er war auch sehr witzig wir haben die ganze Fahrt sehr nett unterhalten. Ich würde jeder zeit wieder buchen. Klasse !!! sehr zufrieden!

From airport to resort there was a quite a wait. But from resort to airport it was probably the best transfer ever. Slightly early, very friendly, and very comfortable ride, a people-carrier with air-con etc.

The only con is that yo have to contact the local transfer company directly yourself, a day before the transfer. It would be easier to receive an email with exact pick up location, as international calling charges can be high.
