Purchasing the transport online is straightforward & simple. They picked us up & dropped us off without any issues. They did not have a sign with our name in it though, as promised on our voucher. They picked us up from our hotel & took us back to the airport without any issues. Drivers are professional, friendly & great drivers. The vans are clean, comfortable & great working air conditioning. Only suggestion is to verify rides via email instead of trying to call to confirm. For foreigners it’s not always easy to call.

They did not have a sign with our name or anything saying that they were with shuttle direct but we found our guy. After waiting about 25 minutes, we were led to a 6 passenger van and then another couple came in and they were paying direct without having had a reservation and paid much less than us, then they added another single lady that had reserved like us, then another single man without a reservation. He spoke english so I asked him what he paid, and it was about a quarter of what we paid. Keep in mind that we were 2, so he probably got it for half of what we were charged.
