    The booking was relatively straight-forward

    Our flight arrived at Mallorca airport on time. Whilst we waited for our luggage the rep from the transfer company called me and said that they were waiting at the meting point. when our lugggae arrived we went to the meeting point and noone was there. i called the number of the rep that had just caled and there was no answer. i rang several times but the number rang out and diverted to voicemail. so, i caled the number on the bookng correspondence. somebody answered and said that they were driving and would call me back. i tried to explain that i was waiting for our transfer and needed to speak with someone but he hung up. i rang both numbers consecutively until finally the office responded. he told me that our driver had had to go to another job and would be back in 20-30 minutes. Alternatively we could get taxis, keep the receipts and they would refund us on our return journey. with 2 young children we opted for the taxis. needless to say on our return jounrey the driver knew nothing of the refund and said she couldnto refund us. We are furious. one books a transfer to have certainty that someone will be there to meet us and that we can travel together. furthermore, we are now out of pocket. Please let me know to whom I should be sending the receipts.
