Mr B from AustraliaI entered the time that I thought was pickup time but in retrospect it was flight departure time. Accordingly, the system computed a pick up time 3 hours earlier than what we wanted. Even though it said that it could be amended on line, the system would not let me. I had to find someone who spoke Russian to ring the local number and change the time.
Driver was on time, courteous, vehicle was good and it was most satisfactory.
