A differenza dell arrivo il transfert del ritorno viene servito nell orario da loro stabilito( 5 ore prima della partenza ).
Chiediamo il rimborso ma il call mi indirizza sul sito.
Solito slalom....

Mr I from IrelandTHE WORST service ever, or better say NO service at all! I paid for ShuttleDirect service for Monday 18 of November. I arrived in South Airport Tenerife on time on 18 of Nov, and I had to take a taxi because I was NOT in any list of service. So I paid for service and after had to pay for taxi. Customer Service opened investigation for this case, but NO any result yet... I don't know how many years wil take this investigation.
So Customer Service - SO POOR!
And highly NOT RECOMMENDED service!

We had a baby with us who was becoming distraught after this long wait .We landed at 1900 and didn't arrive at our hotel until 2100.This was very poor service and the least we would expect is a refund.
